About My PT Sessions
I offer one to one Personal Training sessions, which can be done in the privacy of your own home or garden or if you prefer in a local open space. I can put together sessions for small groups where you might prefer working with a friend or two. This can be a great way to exercise as it can sometimes encourage a little bit of competition and be motivational for everyone (as long as the banter stays friendly!). I also offer advanced 1-1 football coaching for all ages and abilities. This will involve all aspects of the game including technical, fitness, speed and power drills.
It doesn’t matter what your health and fitness goals are, whether you want to lose weight, put weight on, tone up, bulk up or train for a specific event or sport I can put together a customised program for you specifically based on your current fitness capacity. My aim is to help you achieve these goals as quickly as possible but safely and in a healthy way.
When working with you if you like we can take a look at your current eating habits and I can offer you nutritional guidance to help improve your diet. This will involve gradual small changes to your diet to help you reach your goals. This is key as your nutritional intake goes hand in hand with exercise in successfully reaching your health and fitness goals.
